足够在台就学之财力证明:当地正式立案之银行机构所开立最近 3 个月内财力证明 (至少约新台币 10万元或等值至少美金 3,000元以上的金额 )。如帐户所有人非外国学生申请人本人，请另检附帐户所有人与外国学生申请人之关系证明。
